I have decided to try to do some new calculations with the survey information. Along with this information comes the chance to skew information. Please remember the information I will present only represents the members who have submitted surveys. This is not an accurate representation of all members.
The following is the range and average of the 2003 raises of 192 members who completed this years salary survey. Note: some members did not receive any raise or did not list the raise they received on the survey.
The range was $500.00-$24,000.00
The average was $3431.76
The following is stats which are controversial but ones which I have been asked for numerous times. Please remember this is data from the surveys I received. It may NOT represent the entire membership. I also am concerned about creating a division in the members by listing the highest level of education obtained vs their salary vs their years experience. I have listed both a range and the average in each category. This data does NOT include non-members, students, and foreign medical graduates. I had to draw the line somewhere and I wanted to include enough people in the different categories to keep the info anonymous. Thank you for understanding my view point on this matter.

I enjoy the job very much and look forward to hearing from you. I take very serious the comments you put on the surveys. As you may have noticed, the survey changes from year to year. I do try to accommodate all requests.
Sincerely,
